The workshop is organized by the Vietnamese Intellectual Association in Belgium and Luxembourg (ViLaB) and the Vietnamese Business Association in Belgium (VBAB), under the patronage of the Embassy of Vietnam in Belgium and Luxembourg. Speaker Introduction Mrs. Xuan Phung is the Founder and Chairwoman of Lotus Quality Assurance (LQA), the first independent software testing firm established in Vietnam, which now has grown into an end-to-end IT services provider LTS Group.
